Terms of Service¶
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-11
These Terms govern your use of the iiq-rules-mcp website and licensing service (docs.simplifyauth.com, the trial and purchase flows, and the license server). Your use of the Software itself is governed by the EULA; the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy also apply. If these Terms and the EULA conflict on the Software license, the EULA controls.
1. Who we are; acceptance¶
The service is provided by SIMPLIFYAUTH CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("SimplifyAuth", "we", "us"). By using the website, starting a trial, or purchasing a license, you accept these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Eligibility¶
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Software is a professional tool intended for use with your own licensed IdentityIQ installation.
3. Trials and licenses¶
- The free trial is limited to one per person and per device; automated guards enforce this, and attempts to evade them (e.g. resetting device identity, clock manipulation) are a breach of these Terms and the EULA.
- A paid license is issued as a cryptographically signed file/key and is bound as described in the EULA (an Individual license = one named user on one device, with limited self-serve device migrations).
- You are responsible for the credentials/email associated with your license and for keeping your license file confidential.
4. Fees and payment¶
- Prices are shown at checkout (for example, Individual: $39/month or $350/year). Applicable taxes may be added.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also accept Razorpay's terms. We never receive your full card or bank details.
- Fees are payable in advance for the term. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy and EULA §12.
5. Acceptable use¶
You agree not to: resell, sublicense, or share your license beyond its terms; circumvent or tamper with licensing, device binding, or trial guards; probe, overload, or disrupt the website or license server; or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or revoke access for breach (see the EULA for the license consequences).
6. Intellectual property¶
The website, documentation, and Software are owned by SimplifyAuth and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited rights the EULA provides. "SailPoint" and "IdentityIQ" are trademarks of SailPoint Technologies, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility; SimplifyAuth is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SailPoint.
7. Third-party services¶
The service integrates third parties (e.g. Razorpay, our email and backup providers). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers¶
The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Software's warranties and disclaimers — including that it performs static verification only and that runtime semantics are out of scope — are stated in the EULA.
9. Limitation of liability¶
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplifyAuth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the website or service. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited as set out in the EULA. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity¶
You will indemnify SimplifyAuth against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension and termination¶
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the EULA. On termination, your right to use the website and service ends; the EULA governs what happens to any license.
12. Changes¶
We may update these Terms; the version and date above will change, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to a paid service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
13. Governing law and disputes¶
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, consistent with the EULA. Nothing affects mandatory consumer rights available to you in your place of residence.
